The slim form factor gives Lenovo IdeaCentre 3 an edge as a smart companion for small-spaced offices. On the other hand, its specs and large display make it a decent pick for office and home.
Lenovo has built the IdeaCentre 3 with an unfussy design and at first glance, it appears as a stylish monitor. However, to add a flair, Lenovo went the pipe-shaped base as a substitute to the traditional flat platform. Top and side bezels on this all-in-one PC are narrow which improves the visual experience. With dimensions of 19.31 x 7.28 x 16.49 inches, it weighs around 11.64lbs (5.8kg).
Coming to the screen, Lenovo offers the IdeaCentre 3 in two display sizes: 21.5-inch and 23.8-inch. The model we tested for this review came with the 21.5-inch display featuring a 1080p IPS-equipped panel. This is an FHD display which comes with the AMD Radeon 530 Integrated graphics.
We watched “Over the Moon” on Netflix and found it a visual treat on this 1080p IPS display. You can also add discrete graphics to improve the visuals, especially if your work involves media editing.
Lenovo IdeaCentre 3 have enough ports to attach cables and peripherals that can improve your productivity. There are ports on both sides as well as on the rear side of this all-in-one PC.
The left side houses a 3.5mm combo audio jack along with a USB 3.1 port. Also, there is a 3-in-1 card reader slot which supports SDXC, SDHC, and SD cards. On its right edge, there is a DVD-RW multi-burner and above it is the power button. On the rear side, there are six more ports to connect accessories and cables. There is are two USB 2.0 ports, another USB 3.1 port, an Ethernet port, an HDMI output, and power DC jack.

You can get Lenovo IdeaCentre 3 with both Intel and AMD components, and ours came with the AMD parts. The model we reviewed has the AMD Ryzen 3-3250U processor with the Windows 10 Home version. This is a dual-core CPU that can deliver a clock speed range between 2.6GHz to 3.5GHz.
Lenovo has loaded it with a massive 1TB hard drive storage which is sufficient for years. You can store all your family photos and business data in one place without worrying about space usage. The RAM quantity on this all-in-one PC is 4GB which is enough to accomplish day to day tasks.
Overall, Lenovo IdeaCentre 3 is a decent pick from all-in-one PCs which delivers satisfactory performance. The hardware selection on this AIO desktop PC is modest but ideal for entry to mid-level users.
